These terms apply to purchases from the Splideck store. Splideck is the retailer of the third-party card games shown here. For product questions, order help or complaints, use our contact page.
Products and responsible play
Check the description, contents, language, player information and age guidance before ordering. Follow the instructions and age guidance supplied with your chosen deck. Adult-themed products are intended for adults. Respect each player's choice to pass or stop. Alcohol is not supplied with the games.
Product names, artwork and packaging belong to their respective owners. A brand shown on a game is separate from Splideck's role as retailer.
Orders and payment
Review your items, delivery details and total before submitting an order. Available payment options appear at checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we confirm dispatch. An automatic acknowledgement that an order has been received is not, by itself, acceptance. If an item is unavailable or we cannot accept an order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken for the affected goods.
Store prices are shown in pounds sterling unless a different currency is clearly displayed. Review the full total and any disclosed charges at checkout. We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed price without your agreement.
Delivery
Standard UK shipping is £0. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, dispatched from outside the UK and delivered in separate parcels. Splideck remains responsible for your order. See our shipping page and any delivery information provided before purchase.
Unless a different period is agreed with you, goods must be delivered within 30 days. Contact us about missing or delayed goods so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.
Cancellations, returns and problems
Our returns and refunds policy explains how to cancel or report a problem. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and website use
Our privacy policy explains how information is used. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or submit fraudulent orders.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
