Every Lumisum order ships with a tracking number, emailed when your parcel is dispatched. Paste it below to follow your shipment.
What to expect
- Order confirmed — you will receive a confirmation email after checkout.
- Dispatched (1–3 business days) — we send a second email with your tracking number.
- In transit (typically 5–7 days after dispatch) — the first scan can take 24–48 hours to appear.
- Delivered — if anything is not right, email us with your order number.
Haven't received a tracking number?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it has been more than 3 business days since you ordered and there is still no dispatch email, contact us with your order number.
Tracking hasn't moved?
Parcels can sit between scans for a few days, especially around customs. If there has been no update for 15 days, contact us so we can investigate.
